New Year's Day Gathering

Join us for a special New Year's Day gathering from 5:00-6:30


We will gather for cacao and sound bowls. I want you to bring a journal, and come ready to create some loving intentions with community. What do you want to leave behind and what do you want more of in 2025? What do you want for your life this year? for the years beyond? How do you want to feel?


We are under new moon energy for New Year, which does add a bit more magic.

Can we leave room for things more wonderful than we can imagine? Can we flow with the energies available that help us create life?


We will drop into meditation and work deep in the brain and nervous system to prepare you to take responsibility with joy as you work toward your intentions whether they are big or small.

Monday Meditation

I often start the morning of Monday gathering reading the astrology for the week. There was a lot written but what stuck out the most was to strengthen what is already resilient in us.


I am definitely looking at it all (inside me and what happens outside of me) with curiosity.


In meditation on Monday we worked with strengthening the energetic mechanism that pulls us back to center when we get knocked off center or in times of chaos even when we aren't knocked off center, but when it is an effort to stay calm.
